Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop - Sept 19th 2024 - Anything Goes

Sneak Peak of a layout of my Son...

Welcome to Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop - Sept 19th - Anything Goes.
Scrapbooking Global - Stampin' Up! FB group consists of over 11,000 members.
Some of these are demonstrators from all over the world who all LOVE to scrapbook
and document their everyday lifestyle for generations to enjoy into the future.

We welcome anyone who wants to be inspired.
We are trying to encourage EVERYONE to join in the HOP's every month.
We prefer that you do have a Blog so that you can join the hop every month.
BUT you don't have to have a blog to participate in these monthly challenges.
You can upload a photo to the Album of the Month after 2pm AEDT.
You can JOIN Scrapbooking Global - Stampin' Up! FB group here

You may have joined me from Elaine Wheeler Wright's Blog
I am sure that Elaine has created an AMAZING layout.

I am the Designer for this month's Challenge - Anything Goes.
So you had the opportunity to use whatever products you like.
I chose to use the Changing Leaves 3D Hybrid Embossing Folder.
This embossing folder allows you to cut and emboss all at the same.

I stamped my images first then run them through the embossing folder, you can line
them up perfectly inside the folder.  I added some blended ink over the whole image.

Viola, you get a perfectly stamped, cut and embossed image

All the leaves that you see used on this layout come from Changing Leaves Bundle.
EXCEPT the Wild Wheat stamped leaves, they come from the You Are Beautiful Stamp Set

I also chose to use the Adoring Hearts Hybrid 3D Embossing Folder
to create the embossed hearts for this layout.

Up next is Melva Peters she hasn't created a layout in a while BUT is enjoying
getting back into Scrapbooking and Blog Hops.

I hope that you enjoy all the different layouts that have been created today.
We will be back again NEXT Month on 17th Oct with a challenge for you.

Please be sure to follow the
rest of the participants by clicking on the list below.
Hop all the way around and leave some LOVIN' in the form of a comment.

All Supplies used in this project are linked at the end of the post.
These products can be purchased in my
Stampin' Up! ® online store

I want to say a HUGE THANKS to you who visit my blog <3
I really do appreciate you leaving me some Lovin' in the form of a comment.

New at SU - Better With Bundles - Hang An Ornament

 Sneak Peak

Welcome to New at SU! -  Better With Bundles - Sept - Dec Mini Catalogue.
We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from all over the world.
We LOVE showcasing what is NEW at SU - Stampin' Up!

You may have joined me from Ximena Morales

I chose to use the Hang An Ornament Bundle pg 44, it is really FUN set.
Lots of possibilities with this set... You can just use the stamp on it's own.
OR you can use both the stamp and dies which I combined with another set.
This card could be recreated multiple times to do batch stamping.
I chose to use a much LOVED retired product for ease of alignment.
I did have a slight bit of misalignment with the top of the bauble and lining up the die.
So I just die cut a heap of baubles and then stamped them in the Stamparatus.

I diecut a heap of baubles, see the 3 dots they are perforation marks so that
you can either leave it in the aperture or pull it out.
As you can see in the next photo I chose to take it out.

Next I stamped the pine tree branches from the (OE) Golden Greenery with
Garden Green in both 1st and 2nd generation ink concentration.
Then I ran it through the Fern 3D Embossing Folder.

Stamping the images in the Stamparatus, sadly a retired product.
This tool in my opinion is the best tool EVER for stamp alignment.
Perfect for stamping multiply images with out fear of missing some ink of the image
you simply re ink the stamp and stamp again perfect placement everytime.

See perfect stamped image in Real Red.

I also stamped the pine tree image in Garden Green and then used a blending brush
with Old Olive ink to give it some more defination.

You can see here some of the dies that I have used for the Hang An Ornament card.

I actually took these photos of the next card I created as I forgot to take them
of the process of the first card...
So my finished card is very different to these photos above..
The card base is Old Olive
The Gold thread is Gold & Silver Trim Combo pack another (OE) product
And the Embellishments are Cherry Cobbler and Pearl Adhesive Backed Berries

Coming up next is Angie McKenzie

Stampin' Around The World Video Hop - Sept 16th 2024 - Celebration - Lifetime Of Love

Welcome to Stampin' Around The World Video Hop - Celebration - Lifetime of Love
Stampin' Around The World Video Hop, is a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators
from all over the world getting together monthly to create a project that fits a theme.

Who doesn't LOVE an easy Fancy Fold? This one showcases both sides of your DSP.
This month I chose to use some Fluid 100 to create my floral element.
As I have a couple of Weddings and Anniversaries coming up.

Starting with the DSP - Frames and Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper
12" x 5 1/2" scored at 1 3/4", 3 1/2" and 7 3/4" (lightly score due to being paper)
Fold and burnish all score lines (you may have to trim a little bit off the last panel)

Pretty Peacock Base and Insert - (2) x 5 1/2" x 4 1/8"
Petal Pink Card Insert layer - 5 1/4" x 4"

Petal Pink Circles (2) Diecut from Spotlight In Nature Dies

Scrap of Cardstock to create the wreath

Fluid 100 Watercolour Paper for Floral Element.

White Embossing Powder and Versamark Ink

Watercolour Pencils both packs

Stampin' Blends - Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon (both Dark and Light)

With your piece of DSP folded and burnished,
adhere a piece of Pretty Peacock to the middle panel
Then adhere the 2nd piece of Pretty Peacock to the inside
of the middle panel.

Stamp your sentiment and or floral images on the Petal Pink Card insert
before adhering it to Pretty Peacock Insert.

On your Petal Pink Die cut circles stamp your sentiment or floral element.
Now glue the front panel on only on the left hand side of the fold.
Then flip over and glue the other circle die cut to the back of that panel.

Die cut your Wreath from Basic White Cardstock, leaving it in the
die cut frame colour it randomly with a variety of co-ordinating Stampin' Blends.
Adhere that to the front of the Petal Pink Die cut circle.

With your piece of Fluid 100 stamp your image with Versamark Ink
and then add White Embossing powder and heat set.
Next colour that with your favourite colour...
Then with your Water Painters blend the colours through, drying in between.
Repeat the colouring process as many times are you need to gain the colour you like.
Die cut and adhere to the front Petal Pink Die cut circle.

What I LOVE most about this card is that you see both sides of the DSP.
Do you think you would make this card?
I do hope that you enjoyed the process.

Follow along and see what everyone has created.

Let's Craft Together -Sept 2024 - CASE The Catalogue Challenge

Thank you for joining us for this month’s Let’s Craft Together blog hop. We are a group of
multi-cultural Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators in Australia who have developed a strong friendship though our love of stamping and our admiration of each other’s style of crafting.

This is my 1st Blog Hop with these talented demonstrators.
Each month, one of us takes turn to set a blog hop challenge,
where we share our creativity with others through our blog hops.
Be sure to hop along to them all, for lots of creative inspiration.
You may have joined me from Nancy's Blog

It is Julia Quinn's turn to challenge us this month.
She has chosen CASE The Catalogue Challenge, which is soo cool
as today the Stampin' Up! Mini Catalogue went LIVE to everyone.

I just had to use my FAVOURITE Suite out of this catalogue, Regal Winter.
Check out page 34 &35, look at those GORGEOUS colours.
BUT I won't be CASEing any of those cards, instead
I will be CASEing the large white card in the middle of pg 62.

I don't own that stamp set that is featured so I used the floral images of Regal Flora.
The card pictured has very light background image stamped with Smoky Slate ink
then stamped florals in Memento Ink and images coloured with blends.

So I chose to use Bubble Bath Ink for the flowers
and 2nd generation Pretty Peacock Ink for the leaves.
I decided to step it up a notch by adding flowers stamped in Berry Burst Ink
and diecut these 3 flowers with complimentary Regal Foiled Adhesive Dots.
I chose to use the same Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder in the background.
Layered that directly to the Basic White Cardbase.

I die cut 2 separate label tags from the Regal Winter 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper and
Regal Distressed Patterns 12" x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper
and then cut them to size to add the sentiment.  Look at the detail on that die.

AND you have another border outline die to use on another project,
see what I did with that at the end of this post.

Added the sentiment from Textured Floral with Versamark and
White Embossing Powder on the Pretty Peacock Designer Series Paper.
Behind the "Birthday Blooms for you" sentiment I used the ribbon
that comes as part of this AMAZING Regal Winter suite collection.
It is just so regal - Blackberry Bliss and Gold Textured Ribbon.

I added a couple of stamped images on the envelope to continue the flow of this card
from the outside of the envelope right through to the insert of the card.
I used the "Wishing I was there to give you a hug" sentiment with Pretty Peacock Ink.

I hope you liked my CASEd card..Coming up next in the Blog Hop is Michele

Make sure you keep hopping to see LOTS of amazing inspiration.
Be sure to hop along to the other blogs in this hop for more creative inspiration and to see how the other Design Team Members interpreted this challenge. Click on the names below.
