Kelly's Stamping Friends - Birthday Blog Hop 2018

Welcome to the blog hop for Kelly's Stamping Friends - Birthday Blog Hop 2018.
Please Wish our Birthday Girl Kelly Kent - Happy Birthday!!!
There are 2 groups of 20 participants who are celebrating Kelly's Birthday today.

We were asked to create a special project with only one stipulation was 'To Be Creative'
I am in group B, I will include a link to Group A's hop at the very bottom of this post.

You may have just joined me here or hopped from Sue Vine's Blog
Sue would have had a beautiful creation on her blog to tempt you to recreate, I am sure!!!
For those of you who don't know me, My name is Sharon Dalton (Shaz)
I live in Central Queensland and I LOVE creating with Stampin' Up products.
AND today I decided that I would create with
some products that are carrying over
from the current catalogue. As well as LOTS of brand new products
from the
upcoming New Annual catalogue
available June 1

Current Catalogue products
The obvious choice was Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set 143666
and Matching Bouquet Bunch Framelits Dies 143659

New Catalogue Products
Delightfully Detailed Laser Cut Specialty Paper 146907
Delightfully Detailed Note Cards & Envelopes 146911
Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper 146926
Share What You Love Embellishment Kit 146928
Nature's Twine 146342

The Note card and envelopes make easy cards quickly as they are already
pre printed ready for Stamping or layering with the
Delightfully Detailed Laser Cut Specialty Paper.
This Laser Cut Paper is Whisper White on one side and Very Vanilla on the other.

This is where my card began, I picked my design
piece from the
Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper
with this beautiful pearlised finish to some of the flowers and leaves.  I absolutely love fussy cutting... Do you??
Fussy cutty explanation for those of you who don't know this term is where you cut up the paper into smaller pieces to add to your cards or scrapbooking layouts
Once I had cut what I thought to be enough flowers
I started to construct my bouquet for the card front...
I used Bouquet Bunch Framelits Dies to cut 2 bouquet stems
from the returning Mint Macaron cardstock. YAY!!!

And I cut the wrap for the bouquet out of Rich Razzleberry cardstock.

Using dimensionals I added some behind the stems added it
to the
Delightfully Detailed Laser Cut Specialty Paper
then I add Old Olive fussy cut pieces, then I added the Rich Razzleberry florals
then with the largest flowers I curled the petals with my bone folder
to create some dimension on the petals.
See how the petal are curled.

I also added some mini glue dots to hold the Mini Roses inside
the flowers (these are only available in
Share What You Love Embellishment Kit)
Aren't they just adorable??

To finish off this card perfectly, I felt it needed some more of those flowers inside.
Also adding a sentiment from Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set

Hope you liked what I created for Kelly's Blog Hop, I had fun creating it!!!Thanks for hopping along to my blog, please leave me some love in the comment box
below and I will in turn return the favour to you <3
