Ink & Share Scrapbook Hop - Embossing

Welcome to Ink and Share Scrapbook Hop - Embossing....
I am sorry to say that I did not read the criteria of this Hop correctly...
So I will keep it very short and sweet...
You may have just joined me from Lisa's Blog or you might be starting with me

I only made Christmas Day tags for our presents...
Hope you all had or are having a very LOVELY time with your Family and Friends

To create these tags I used 4" piece Poppy Parade, Garden Green and Read Red Cardstock
folded in half and chopped right on the inside edge of  Everyday Label Punch.
Then I used matching coloured cardstock cut with punch again
and Embossed with Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder.

Then created the labels on the front with Christmas Traditions Punch Box.
Matching Stamps and Punch. Shop here, it's on special.
https://www3.stampinup.com/ecweb/product/148030/christmas-traditions-punch-box

Added Garden Green Bakers Twine to attach to the present.
Also used a 11/2" punch to put matching circles behind the tags.

You can buy all the products you need to recreate these tags,
Maybe for Christmas next year in my shop..
Click the Shop Now tab or Year End Closeout on the side tab.

Up next is Shirley Merker, who I am sure has a beautiful Scrapbook layout...

I have used several products from the Holiday Catalogue to create this layout.
Making Christmas Bright Stamp Set & Lightbulb Punch, All Is Bright DSP.
I taught this card front at a recent Card Buffet I had here,
so I thought I would make another for my layout.

Gypsy makes my life Merry and Bright
I created her name and 1st Xmas words with
Lined Alphabet and Layering Alphabet Edgelits

Isn't she just sooo cute... She is now 3 yrs old I don't think she would let me
dress her up now!!! I know so many of my friends buy outfits for their animals.

Up next is Delys Cram with her creations <3

Colour Combo Blog Hop - December

Welcome to December's Blog Hop, Fantastic Colours to end the year with!!!

You may have just joined me from Janey Backer (USA) blog
I am sure that her project is beautiful.

I loved this colour combo EXCEPT after I finished my card I realised
that I have used Blackberry Bliss instead of Rich Razzleberry...
Too late in the day to change it...
Go with it for now and I will create another card with the RIGHT colour later...

I wanted to use new stamp sets coming out in the Occasions catalogue
on Jan 3, I think this is one Stampin' Up!'s best mini catalogues.

Sooo many gorgeous products.
Beauty Abounds has matching Thinlits - Butterfly Beauty
Will show you that another day...I am such a butterfly lover <3

I stamped the floral design on the left hand side of this set.
Firstly stamped it in Gray Granite.
Then I coloured the flowers with Blender Pen in Crushed Curry
The Swirls I coloured in Blackberry Bliss
ADDED Granny Apple Green for the leaves

I actually used another new Stamp Set - Incredible Like You for the sentiment
as I felt these Friendship quotes didn't fit this card.
(I actually feel like I could have used it for a Sympathy card)
Do you agree???

Maybe I should try to make a card with the right colour combo with this set.

Up next is  Angélique Nederpel - Stempelkeuken (NL) who I am sure has
a project with the correct colours LOL which will NO doubt be Gorgeous

Please leave me some love in the comment box below...

Kre8tors Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome to Kre8tors Christmas Blog Hop...
Who LOVES Christmas as much as me?
AND Santa, Love me a cute Santa and all his elves.

Today you will get to see some Magical Christmas projects

from 22 talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from through out the world.

Sadly I am using a product that has already SOLD OUT from our Holiday catalogue.
BUT fortunately for myself I got to purchase Santa's Workshop Memories and More Cards

before they flew out the doors of Stampin' Up! around the world.

You can still purchase Santa's Workshop Memories and More Cards and Envelopes

and the Santa's Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper
I WOULDN'T DELAY YOUR PURCHASE OF THESE PRODUCTS

they are while stocks last

This morning I decided to make a card I had never made before
using a previous challenge pack I gave to all my
Christmas Card Buffet Weekend Workshop attendees.
I created a Step Up Card which I saw on my friend Courtenay Heuston's Blog
I have never made one of these cards and after seeing her Gorgeous designs
I had to use the pack for my card for this Blog Hop.

Courtenay's instructions are very easy to follow.
It was just a matter of cutting out all the elements to put on each of the steps

Thankfully this suite has Framelits that cut out the characters straight from the DSP.
Some of them had to be cut by hand, I don't mind fussy cutting.

Once I created this card I was on a roll...
I created 5 more Christmas cards with these same products
So quickly and easily...
Love them!!!

Hope you enjoyed my quick and easy Christmas Cards
made with Memories and More Cards & Envelopes.
I am sure that Sue will have something super exciting for us to look at over at her blog

Global Stamping Friends Seasonal Fun

Hello everyone, it's been a while since I joined in
with all my friends at Global Stamping Blog Hop.
Today there are 13 of us hopping...
You may have just joined me from Erica Jones Blog

The theme today is Seasonal...
Well there is nothing more seasonal to me than Poinsettia flowers,
which always means Christmas to me like.

So I kept it very simple and created a Poinsettia card
with the new set in Holiday Catalogue, Peaceful Poinsettia.
I cased it directly from the catalogue BUT added a slight twist.

Using the Detailed Poinsettia Thinlit Dies, I cut the design on the front
and then used a second template to add the colour
to the inside piece of my card with a Cherry Cobbler dauber.
Whoopsie I forgot to add a sentiment in the middle before photographing it!!!

I love how you can see the image through the cut out design before you even open the card.

You still have time to purchase this bundle (Stamp set and Thinlits Dies)
from the Holiday catalogue, BUT don't delay as there is a
sale on at the moment see the side panel.

Up next is Narelle Fasulo and she will definitely have something AWESOME to share

ESAD December 2018 Holiday Catalogue Blog Hop

Welcome to ESAD December 2018 Holiday Catalogue Blog Hop.
Our fellow AUSTRALIAN n NEW ZEALAND Demonstrators creating quick and easy cards, tags and packaging for ESAD Blog Hop.

I am so in love with this catalogue, so many beautiful products!
You will see new ways to use products that previously hadn't been on our radar.
Get ready to be AMAZED with creations that will blow your mind.

As soon as I saw this stamp set Tags and Tidings
I had to use it to create Joseph Technicolor Technique!!

If you have not seen this technique before you need to try it!!! Such a game changer!!
LOOKS TRICKY...BUT it is quick and easy!!!
Here is a You Tube video from Dawn.

Couple of different coloured ink pads - Current 2018-2020 InColors
Matching Daubers. I also used a Embossing Buddy to wipe across
the background to stop the embossing powder sticking to areas we don't want.
Versamark Ink and Clear embossing powder AND a heat gun.

Teaching my friend at a recent class how easy this technique is...She has to agree now!!! You simply create the background using daubers.

This time I used Beautiful Baubles.
Then you stamp your image with Versamark Ink on your background
and then add Clear Embossing powder then Emboss with a Heat Gun

Next you add a dark coloured ink over all the background.
I used Night of Navy on a dauber...
Then using a tissue you rub over the entire embossed background
to take off the excess colour on the clear embossed images.

Here are the 2 different versions of the Joseph Technicolour Technique

Up next is Siobhan Fitzsimmons with her beautiful creation.
